Emma is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with a master’s degree in human nutrition and a wealth of experience in women’s health, pregnancy nutrition and family nutrition.

She has a passion for cooking and sharing easy, delicious and healthy meals that make nutrition and eating well simple.
